Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to drive production and material planning processes, secure supply continuity, and support operational excellence in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and optimize planning activities to ensure timely and efficient operations,

Monitor customer requirements and align internal resources accordingly,

Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure material availability,

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support operational continuity,

Identify and resolve potential risks in planning and supply processes,
-
Track performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
production planning / material planning
within the
automotive supplier industry
-
Strong hands-on experience in
MRP
and production planning processes
-
Proven experience in
EDI
processes, including receiving and managing customer schedules (DELJIT, DELFOR, etc.)

Solid knowledge of
ERP systems
; ability to manage order processing, inventory, and planning modules effectively
-
Experience in
import-based supply chain management
(high-volume international sourcing)

Ability to manage
long lead-time materials
, supplier coordination, and stock optimization
-
Familiarity with
customer demand planning
, forecast analysis, and capacity planning
-
Experience working with
automotive OEMs / Tier-1 customers
is a strong plus

Good understanding of
logistics, shipment planning, and customs processes

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– mandatory due to intensive international communication

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
