Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our Aluminum & Façade division. The role involves project scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs for façade and aluminum scope. The ideal candidate will combine technical capability with commercial awareness and strong coordination skills to support timely and budget-compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for façade and aluminum works.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare BOQs.
• Assist in tendering, pricing, and comparative cost analysis.
• Track and update project progress using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams for project alignment.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, certifications, and variation claims.
• Prepare cost reports, progress claims, and financial forecasts for client and management.
• Support project controls including budgeting, cash flow, and performance tracking.
• Identify risks of delays or cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in Aluminum & Façade projects.
• Strong understanding of façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Proficient in Primavera / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE market pricing and commercial practices preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
