Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our Aluminum & Façade division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation for façade and aluminum works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for all façade and aluminum-related activities.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, cost analysis, and technical/commercial evaluations.
• Monitor and update project progress using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure alignment at every project stage.
• Review and assess subcontractor quotations, progress certificates, and variation claims.
• Prepare cost reports, progress claims, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for management and client submissions.
• Support project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Identify potential delays, risks, or cost overruns and recommend effective corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in Aluminum & Façade projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid UAE market experience and familiarity with local pricing.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
