Planning Engineer cum Project Coordinator – Fire Protection

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer cum Project Coordinator to join our Fire Protection Projects Team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and technical documentation to ensure smooth and timely execution of fire protection system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules (Primavera/MS Project).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, delays, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Support technical reviews of drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Follow up on procurement schedules and material deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
• 3–7 years of experience in Fire Protection / MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
