Experience: Minimum 1 Year

A Civil Planning Engineer in real estate is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing infrastructure and civil works for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Their work ensures that projects are safe, sustainable, and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Design Develop site layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility systems. Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and drawings. Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and other engineers.

Skills Required

• Civil engineering fundamentals (structural, geotechnical, and transport engineering).
• Proficiency in CAD, GIS, and civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.).
