Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – Façade & Aluminum to plan, monitor, and control project schedules for façade, aluminum, and glazing works. The candidate will coordinate closely with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely execution of projects within approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project for façade & aluminum works
• Develop baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource loading
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Track delays, identify critical path activities, and propose recovery plans
• Coordinate with site engineers, design team, procurement, and subcontractors
• Update schedules based on actual site progress
• Prepare EOT (Extension of Time) claims and delay analysis when required
• Support tender planning and pre-contract scheduling (if needed)
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project milestones

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Architecture or related field
• 3–8 years experience in façade, aluminum, curtain wall, or glazing projects
• Strong knowledge of façade systems (curtain wall, unitized, stick, cladding)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel
• Experience working with UAE consultants and contractors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE experience is mandatory (Al Quoz/industrial area experience is a plus)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED90,000.00 per month
