Planning Engineer for Supervision

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling construction projects.
• Strong experience in high-rise buildings or large-scale developments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Well-versed in FIDIC contract conditions and their application in planning and claims.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost and resource loading, and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai authority procedures is an advantage.
• A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review the Contractor's baseline programs, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measures.
• Review the Contractor's submissions of the weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and forwarding to the client.
• Prepare monthly consultant report for the client.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and planning procedures.
