Planning Engineer - High-Rise Building Project

We are seeking a qualified Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building construction projects (10+ floors) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The candidate will support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control for ongoing and upcoming building projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multi-storey/high-rise building projects

- Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports aligned with project milestones

- Coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to track progress and identify delays in structural, architectural, and MEP works

- Support resource planning, cost control, and productivity analysis specific to high-rise construction activities

- Analyze critical paths, float consumption, and sequencing for high-rise structures; recommend corrective actions when required

- Assist project management in ensuring timely delivery of projects in compliance with KSA standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Primavera P6 Certification is required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
• Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource planning
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
