Planning Engineer (Infrastructure)

We’re Hiring – Planning Engineer (Infrastructure Projects | UAE Experience)

Al Marwan Group, a leading name in the construction and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6, baseline scheduling, and project control for large-scale infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules and baseline programs using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with the project management and site teams to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring, identify critical paths, and propose mitigation plans for delays.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze schedule deviations, assess impacts, and recommend recovery actions to meet project objectives.
• Participate in project planning meetings, providing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Ensure all planning and scheduling deliverables meet client and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Planning Engineer within infrastructure, roads, or utilities projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of project control principles, EOT analysis, and progress reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
