Key Responsibilities:


The Junior Planning Engineer supports the project planning team by assisting in the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules. They work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines remain on track.



  1. Project Scheduling & Data Analysis



  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.

  • Gather and analyze data to track project progress and performance against baseline programme.



  1. Resource & Workflow Support



  • Support senior engineers in resource allocation and management to optimize project workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project plans.



  1. Compliance & Reporting



  • Ensure compliance with ACC Planning Department SOP.

  • Prepare periodical progress reports as well as look-ahead schedules to monitor project status.


Required Qualifications & Competencies:



  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience preferable building projects.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support project planning.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Basic knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6).

  • Strong knowledge of using advanced Excel.

  • Preferably have good knowledge of using Power BI software.

  • Proficiency in English language (writing and speaking)
