Planning Engineer| Kinshasa, DR Congo, Africa

Responsibilities

  • Prepare baseline, look-ahead, and revised project schedules using MS Project
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and monitor critical path activities
  • Track project progress and update schedules based on site inputs
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for progress updates
  • Identify delays, analyze schedule deviations, and support recovery planning
  • Assist in manpower, material, and equipment planning as per schedule
  • Maintain planning records, reports, and project documentation

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and reporting tools
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project timelines
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project schedules

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Salary & Benefits:

  • USD 1000 TO 1500

  • CONTRACT PERIOD 2 YEARS, LEAVE 30 DAYS AFTER 1 YEAR & LEAVE SALARY ON RETURN
