Planning Engineers – 7 Openings

Positions:

• Senior Planning Engineer MEP – 2 Openings
• Planning Engineer MEP – 5 Openings

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for MEP works in villas, high-rise, and commercial projects.
• Prepare Master Programs, Look-Ahead Schedules, and Daily/Weekly Progress Reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of works.
• Track project milestones, identify critical paths, and highlight potential delays or risks.
• Assist in resource planning, manpower allocation, and material delivery scheduling.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against schedule and report deviations.
• For Senior Planning Engineer: lead project planning activities, oversee all planning engineers, approve project schedules, and provide strategic planning advice to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Senior Planning Engineer: Minimum 10+ years UAE experience in MEP project planning.
• Planning Engineer: Minimum 5–7 years UAE experience in MEP project planning.
• Proven experience in villas and high-rise projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations and project execution standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Primavera P6 certification
• PMP or Project Management Certification (advantageous)
