Planning Engineer – MEP (Contracting)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the same field (MEP Contracting)
• Strong experience in:
• Project planning and scheduling
• Preparation of planning reports
• Project progress tracking
• Resource planning
• Cost loading
• Delay analysis and recovery plans
• Progress monitoring rerpot for internal and client purpose.
• Track authority approvals , Procurement and engineering deliverable.
• Proficient in planning tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Good knowledge of MEP construction activities and project coordination
• Ability to prepare all planning-related documents and reports required for the role
• Strong analytical and planning mindset
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Clear communication with multi-disciplinary teams

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is an advantage
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
