The Role
Position Title: Planning Engineer – Real Estate Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects Job Description: • Review subcontractor and supplier programs, validate contractor baseline schedules, assess resource compatibility, develop master schedules, and maintain trackers/logs to monitor critical issues. • Evaluate progress updates, identify delays, perform “what-if” analyses, recommend mitigation measures, prepare progress reports/presentations, and issue delay notices when required. • Conduct detailed analysis of Extension of Time and disruption claims using recognized delay methodologies, demonstrate concurrent delays, and provide analytical responses aligned with contractual provisions. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve scheduling issues, finalize programs and reports, attend key meetings, prepare minutes, and communicate clearly across all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Open to Male Asian nationalities aged 38 years old and below, with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution, with solid knowledge of industry standards. • Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling high-rise projects, including at least 5 years in Dubai working with reputable developers. • Strong background in high-rise construction, project interfaces, and multidisciplinary coordination, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools, supported by strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of construction industry practices.
