JOB PURPOSE

To issue project schedules, in construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Monitor the project progress to ensure that the project progress comply with the estimated base line schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform the base line schedule and the assigned project resources in details for newly awarded projects including consistency of schedule, and matching company’s dictionaries.
  • Monitor the project progress to verify that the updated schedule complies with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to management staff.
  • Prepare weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to management staff.
  • Prepare and review close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the newly awarded projects.
  • Assist in remedy plan to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
  • Attend Weekly progress meeting with the client when required.
  • Attend internal weekly progress meeting with site team.
  • Communicate with Project management Project risks, issues and mitigations required.
  • Assist with all site team delay analysis for extension of time claims, recovery and revised schedules.
  • Handle related special assignments if required.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Qualifications

BSC Engineering (preferred Civil, Mechanical, Elec or Architecture)

Professional Certification

Time Management courses are preferred

Work Experience

2 –4 years’ experience in a related field

Language

Good command of English language

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (good knowledge)

Primavera P6 EPPM, Client,
