The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop detailed plans considering logistics, site, and project constraints.
• Interface with project teams and contribute to weekly progress reporting.
• Review productivity data to measure and track progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Embed sustainable design and procurement within programme planning.
• Ensure health and safety through integrated scheduling.
• Establish and oversee project work plans, deadlines, and team coordination.
• Support net zero carbon goals by managing emissions and reductions proactively.

You’ll need to have:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with the candidate based in Abu Dhabi and fluent in Arabic.
• Must have infrastructure experience and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data modeling, queries, and VBA.
• Involves system implementation, data integration, reporting automation, and strong communication/training capabilities.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
