Planning Manager

We Are Looking for a Planning Manager – MEP

We are looking for a highly experienced Planning Manager – MEP to join our dynamic project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:·

• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules for MEP works using Primavera P6 or MS Project·
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders (Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams)·
• Develop look-ahead programs, progress monitoring tools, and recovery plans·
• Track project performance and handle delay analysis / EOT claims·
• Assist in resource and procurement planning for MEP materials and systems·
• Conduct regular progress meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and clients·
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and risk assessments

Qualifications & Skills:·

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil Engineering·
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in MEP planning (preferably in high-rise or infrastructure projects)·
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel·
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems·
• Experience with delay analysis and claims is an advantage·
• PMP / PSP Certification is a plus·
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
