Planning Manager

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Establish project baselines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and propose recovery plans.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Support project controls activities, including forecasting and trend analysis.
• Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide planning inputs.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas standards, client specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related discipline).
• Minimum 8+ years of Planning Engineer experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Valid driving license – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycle and planning methodologies.
• Experience in progress measurement, schedule control, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
