Planning Manager – High-End Mixed-Use Tower (Supervision Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join the delivery team for a landmark high-end mixed-use tower development in central Dubai. This is a post-contract, site-based supervision consultant role , overseeing project planning and scheduling on one of the city’s most prestigious developments.

The role is ideally suited for a candidate with a strong site supervision consultant or PMC background.

Requirements

• 10+ experience in project planning, with a strong foundation in supervision consultant or PMC.
• Previous exposure to Site supervision consultant or PMC is essential for this role.
• Proven expertise on Mid/high-rise or high-end mixed-use developments (residential/commercial) - Must have worked on large scale developments over 1-2bn AED+.
• Proven experience in reviewing and assessing main contractor claims , including the preparation of detailed recommendation reports and the formalization of determinations .
• Strong command of planning software (Primavera P6 essential).
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently in a client-facing environment.
