Project Supervisor (Civil Fitout & Maintenance Works)

Job Description

• Review and execute work based on project drawings and specifications.
• Oversee and manage fit-out and civil maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely progress.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Optimize resources and manage workforce for efficient project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fitout & Civil Works: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Location:

• Dubai (Required)
