Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage roofing and cladding projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure project execution meets design and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and material submittals.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing and cladding projects.
• Strong knowledge of standing seam systems and metal roofing/cladding solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
