Role Summary
The Planning Manager will lead project planning and scheduling for prestigious interior fit-out and architectural developments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams across multiple high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables; issue weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Analyze variances, forecast potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Cost & Resource Integration:
- Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams to integrate budgets and resources into the programme.
- Monitor cash flow forecasts and resource histograms.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Present project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and evaluate scheduling risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure proactive resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10–12 years of planning experience, with at least 5 years in high-end fit-out and architectural projects (luxury retail, hospitality, or landmark commercial developments preferred).
- Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction methodologies.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the GCC or similar markets.
- Strong understanding of architectural finishes, interior detailing, and MEP coordination.
