Planning Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Develop and maintain a comprehensive master schedule for all divisions, balancing high-volume output (Ready Mix) with precision-engineered fabrication (Steel/Aluminum).
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize the allocation of manpower, machinery, and raw materials across diverse production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Inventory & Material Management: Lead the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure timely availability of specialized materials (e.g., specific marble grades, aluminum extrusions, and steel sections) while maintaining lean inventory levels.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary link between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Operations to align production with real-time project demands.
• Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste in modular assembly and marble cutting.
• KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics including Schedule Attainment, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Production Variance to senior leadership.
