Planning Manager - Residential (DEL 170)

As the Planning Manager for Residential developments at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of residential projects within our ambitious development portfolio. This position requires a proactive approach to strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for residential developments, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and construction to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or risks and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Prepare and present planning reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the planning and execution phases
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged in the planning process
• Mentor and support the planning team with guidance and best practices in project management
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably within the residential development sector
• Strong knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance improvement
