Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and establish corporate planning and performance management frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Implement and oversee performance measurement methodologies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Plan and manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proposing and implementing best practices in planning and performance.
  • Promote collaboration with various departments to ensure strategic alignment and enhanced performance tracking.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Initiate data-driven insights to improve planning processes and optimize organizational performance.
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of corporate performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Oversee and improve forecasting and planning models, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Implement robust monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and enhance performance tracking tools and dashboards, improving data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and enhance strategic execution.
  • Present and communicate performance results, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Propose innovative solutions to streamline planning and reporting processes, improving decision-making.
  • Manage corporate governance and compliance aspects related to performance reporting.
  • Promote digital transformation initiatives that enhance performance tracking and strategic planning.

Quality & Excellence Management:

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance measures for corporate planning and performance management.
  • Establish performance benchmarking strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Monitor and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Foster an organizational culture of performance excellence by implementing continuous improvement programs.
  • Present performance excellence initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders, promoting strategic alignment.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of planning and performance analysts, ensuring high engagement and productivity.
  • Motivate and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee workforce planning strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team and across departments.
  • Promote employee engagement and professional development initiatives to enhance team performance.

Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice discussions with peers


Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Strategic Management Certification (SMP), Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are a plus.

Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategy planning, business analysis, project management with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role, preferably in health insurance, healthcare, or a related industry
