About the Position

DentSpa Clinic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Planning Specialist to support our coordination and logistics operations. In this role, you will ensure that patient schedules and transportation run smoothly, creating a comfortable and efficient experience for our international visitors.
Since we serve a multicultural patient base, strong command of Arabic, English, and Turkish is essential.

What You Will Do

• Manage and arrange patient appointments based on their needs and preferred times
• Share appointment information clearly in Arabic, English, or Turkish
• Arrange transportation, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off for patients
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation partners to guarantee punctual service
• Keep organized and accurate records of schedules, routes, and changes
• Work closely with the planning and logistics team to improve daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish
• Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, or coordination is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
