Plant Engineer - Tower Crane

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, commissioning, operation, and dismantling of tower cranes on various project sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal crane performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project and safety teams for lifting plans, load testing, and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed service records, inspection logs, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for technical support.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in tower crane engineering or maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of tower crane systems, load charts, and control systems.
• Familiarity with HSE practices, lifting regulations, and local authority approvals.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
