Plant Engineer(Pilling and Foundations )

· Assists in the preparation of master/contract programmes

· Assists in the analyze of labor, resources and plant

· Assesses and evaluates construction methods and techniques

· Assists in the preparation of prelims

· Prepares procurement and information schedules

· Comments on logistics and methods of working

· Identifies complex construction and associated risks/opportunities

· Assists in resolving problems

· Assists in assessing project progress positions

· Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function

· Deliver activities to support operational objectives for their role

· Inputs into planning activities with horizons of typically 6 months

· Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience

· Interacts with team around specific work efforts and deliverables

· Supports delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards

· Advises on the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards, taking account of impact outside area of responsibility

· Focuses on the completion of a set related tasks for a particular section or service
