Plant Facility and Maintenance Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Electrical Engineering Department
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Capable of design & analysis cat tools
• No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Knowledge and application of engineering theories, principles, concepts, and fundamentals related to electrical systems, transformers, and associated equipment
• Track & develop new technology for CO2 reduction and introduction at production processes
• Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
• Supporting establishment of a future vision of Toyota for further roll-out of the system
• Study, support and introduce renewable energy
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong analytical problem solving skills
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management
