Plant Foreman - Block & Paver Production

We are seeking an experienced Plant Foreman to oversee operations in our block and paver production facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in plant operations and maintenance.

• Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Foreman / Senior Operator in a block factory

- Strong knowledge of:

Block and paver production processes

Plant operations and machinery

Plant maintenance and troubleshooting

• Qualification:

Minimum ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical

Diploma holders preferred (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

• Key Responsibilities:

1-Supervise daily plant operations and workforce to ensure maximum productivity

2-Coordinate production schedules, shifts, and workflow with the Plant Engineer

3-Ensure smooth machine operation, minimize downtime, and perform basic troubleshooting

4-Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine inspections, and report issues

Maintain quality standards, optimize production efficiency, and control process parameters

5-Enforce safety procedures, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies

Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and materials (including molds and spare parts)
