Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Engineering Excellence

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all production and utility

equipment — from bar lines and powder blenders to chocolate processing and packaging

machines.

• Build and implement a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar and digital tracking

system (CMMS).

• Drive Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure zero-repeat breakdowns.

• Manage AMCs, spare part planning, and vendor performance to ensure reliability and cost

efficiency.

☼O◦ Projects, Commissioning & Expansion

• Lead installation and commissioning of new production lines and technologies — from

FAT/SAT to full-scale ramp-up.

• Collaborate with OEMs, consultants, and internal teams for process optimization and

capacity scaling.

• Drive layout design, utility planning, and compliance for the new plant project, MEP & Infrastructure

• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems design, execution, and

maintenance for both plants.

• Manage utilities — power, water, compressed air, HVAC, ETP/STP, and fire-fighting systems.

• Ensure all MEP work adheres to safety, statutory, and GMP standards.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project consultants for on-time, within-budget

project delivery.

´O.•.˙ Facilities, Housekeeping & Upkeep

• Maintain world-class hygiene and GMP standards across production and non-production

areas.

• Oversee the upkeep of buildings, roads, canteens, and storage facilities.

• Partner with QA and Admin for pest control, sanitation, and waste management SOPs.

+ Team Leadership

• Lead the engineering, maintenance, and utilities teams with strong on-ground presence.

• Build team capability through structured skill training and ownership culture.

• Collaborate closely with Production and QA to drive continuous improvement across

operations.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience: 10–15 years in FMCG / Food / Nutraceutical manufacturing

Proven expertise in:

• Preventive & predictive maintenance systems

• Utility management and MEP projects

• Machine installation & commissioning

• CAPEX planning and project management

• FSSAI / GMP / ISO compliance

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and vendor management

  • Candidate Comfortable for Bhiwandi Mumbai
  • Candidate must be Comfortable for 18 to 24 LPA Which is depends on experise and interview
