We’re Hiring – Plant HR (Manufacturing Division)

Exp: 10+ Years in Manufacturing Insutry

Locations: Tumkur | Kargi | Chandrapur

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Plant HR & Administration activities.
• Oversee time office management, attendance, and manpower deployment.
• Ensure PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances are strictly maintained.
• Coordinate Pollution Control Board (PCB) related activities and ensure all records are updated.
• Drive safety initiatives and support audit readiness.
• Mobilize contract labour as per operational needs and ensure statutory adherence.
• Maintain liaison with statutory authorities and contractors.
• Experience in manufacturing plant HR is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a large workforce.
