At Ocean Spray, we’re a farmer-owned cooperative powered by 700 family growers. Three independent-minded farmers launched this journey, and that roll-up-your-sleeves spirit still defines how we work. As a Plant HR Business Partner, you’ll be the on-site people champion for our manufacturing teams—connecting policy to practice and making sure every employee feels supported from day one.
Morning starts with a quick sync on the production floor, touching base with supervisors and checking in on employee needs. You pivot to recruiting—partnering with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and outside agencies to advance candidates, schedule interviews, and move offers and onboarding forward. Midday, you review employee files and HRIS updates to ensure data accuracy, then meet with team leads to align on compensation, benefits, training, and performance management timelines. You close the day resolving an employee relations matter with confidentiality, responsiveness, and thorough follow-through.
