Plant Human Resources Manager

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour laws and proven HR experience in a manufacturing / machining environment. The HR Officer will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations for the Machining & Special Processes Unit, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Head and leadership team, ensuring smooth people operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, GOSI, audits, and regulatory inspections.
  2. Maintain employee records, contracts, payroll inputs, leave, overtime, and statutory benefits.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment (staff, operators, technicians, engineers) and agency coordination.
  4. Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Act as first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Support performance management, training needs identification, and coordination of skill development programs.
  7. Partner with Plant Head and leaders on manpower planning, workforce productivity, retention, and cost optimization.
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement in HR operations, policies, and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (machining / aerospace / automotive preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour laws, GOSI, visas, and employment regulations.
  • Experience in handling HR operations for plant/shop-floor employees.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
