What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Safely operate tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and support production goals
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
• Familiarity with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
