• Preventive Maintenance
• Plan and execute routine maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Breakdown Management
• Respond quickly to equipment failures; troubleshoot and repair.
• Equipment Monitoring
• Monitor performance and condition of machinery.
• Spare Parts Management
• Maintain inventory of critical spares and tools.
• Team Supervision
• Lead and coordinate technicians and maintenance staff.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance Records
• Maintain logs for repairs, servicing, and inspections.
• Coordination with Production
• Align maintenance schedules with production needs.
• Vendor Management
• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors.
• Energy & Utility Management
• Oversee efficient use and maintenance of utilities (boilers, compressors, chillers, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
