Plant Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Civil / Welding)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician who has experience in plant maintenance work along with basic civil and welding knowledge. The candidate should be capable of handling machinery maintenance, factory infrastructure repairs, and fabrication-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
• Handle mechanical maintenance of motors, pumps, compressors
• Carry out basic civil works (wall repair, flooring repair, plumbing maintenance)
• Perform welding works (Arc welding / Gas welding) for fabrication and repair
• Support structural fabrication and equipment installation
• Maintain electrical panels and assist in basic electrical troubleshooting
• Monitor plant utilities and ensure smooth operation
• Maintain maintenance records and safety standards

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter)
• 1–3 years experience in plant maintenance
• Basic knowledge of civil maintenance work
• Welding experience is mandatory
• Ability to handle breakdown situations independently
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
