Plant Maintenance Technician - Ready Mix Concrete

We Are Hiring: Ready Mix Concrete Plant Technician | Al Marwan Group | Sharjah

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Plant Technician with a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in plant operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in the UAE within the ready-mix concrete industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain ready-mix concrete batching plant equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Ensure concrete production meets required quality standards and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, repairs, and production logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UAE ready-mix concrete plants.
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
