Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Aryan Cables, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Managing Director / Operations Head

Job Summary:
The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of Aryan Cables’ manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to drive growth and maintain high standards of production and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished goods.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Implement quality control systems and conduct regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Financial & Resource Management:
• Prepare and manage plant budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintenance & Equipment Management:
• Oversee maintenance of machinery and plant infrastructure.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs and upgrades.
• Reporting & Strategy:
• Provide regular reports on production, performance metrics, and operational issues to senior management.
• Contribute to strategic planning for plant expansion, technology upgrades, and capacity enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in cable, wire, or electrical products industry.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹19,355.92 - ₹90,000.00 per month
