Plant Manager

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the steel structure plant.
• Oversee production schedules, fabrication processes, and resource allocation.
• Ensure efficient workflow from raw material input to finished steel structure output.
• Monitor production output and adjust processes as needed to meet targets.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards (e.g., ISO, AWS, BS standards).
• Ensure that welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing meet engineering specifications.
• Ensure all machinery (CNC machines, cutting, drilling, welding equipment, etc.) is properly maintained.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant workforce, including supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Conduct training, evaluate performance, and maintain high morale and productivity.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a zero-accident culture.
• Oversee implementation of safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials like steel plates, beams, bolts, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste or excess stock.
• Prepare and manage plant budget; control operational costs.
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery of fabricated steel structures.
• Align plant capacity and output with project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
