Each position represents a critical leadership role responsible for establishing operational discipline, driving sustainable systems, and delivering measurable business results within its own industry.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Plant Manager who will:

Lead all manufacturing operations end-to-end,
-
Build high discipline across quality, capacity, cost, maintenance, planning, and people processes,
-
Translate strategy into effective shop-floor execution,
-
Increase efficiency and operational excellence,
-
Ensure that processes run smoothly
without compromising production speed.
This role requires a leader who can combine strong technical expertise with practical, agile, and result-oriented management.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
-
Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience
-
At least 10 years in senior-level plant or operations management roles
-
Strong hands-on background in
machining and metal fabrication processes
-
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
-
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices
-
Strong financial literacy and budget management competence
-
Advanced proficiency in English
-

Operational Duties and Responsibilities
Manufacturing and Operations

Manage all plant operations end-to-end in an integrated manner: engineering, production planning, machining, welding, painting, assembly, quality control, maintenance, logistics, and shipment
-
Ensure alignment between technical data packages, BOM structures, and manufacturing reality
-
Lead New Product Introduction (NPD) processes
-
Establish clear and efficient reporting lines between departments
-
Ensure full compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments
Capacity and Investment Planning
-
Develop mid- and long-term capacity and resource plans
-
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
-
Plan machinery, material, workforce, and budget requirements
-
Determine and execute investment needs in line with business objectives
Performance and Productivity
-
Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, productivity, cost, scrap, rework, and downtime
-
Optimize cycle times and production flows
-
Increase machine availability through TPM
-
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives across the plant
Quality Management

Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 requirements
-
Lead internal and external audits
-
Represent the company in customer and certification audits
-
Convert audit findings into effective action plans
-
Minimize the cost of poor quality and rework
HSE and Sustainability

Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements on the shop floor

Lead occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance
-
Identify operational HSE and quality risks

Execute preventive and corrective actions

Establish safe and sustainable production practices
Cost and Budget Management

Prepare and manage annual operational and investment budgets

Conduct unit cost analyses

Optimize energy, labor, maintenance, and logistics expenses

Increase financial KPI visibility

Report financial performance regularly to senior management
