• Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality, and legal compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN Manufacturing , Problem solving tolls and Zero Loss Analysis.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet KPIs.

• Ensure alignment of production and logistics with corporate goals and customer expectations.

2. SHEQ Leadership (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality)

• Champion a “Safety First” culture across the plant.

• Lead SHEQ programs and ensure compliance with our company and local regulations.

• Promote behavioral-based safety and risk reduction strategies.

• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., unions, authorities).

3. People Development & Leadership

• Inspire and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

• Foster a culture of feedback, inclusion, and continuous learning.

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, logistics, and people development. This role ensures the delivery of high-performance results through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive cultural transformation, foster innovation, and lead the plant toward world-class manufacturing standards.
