Job Title: Plant Operation – Waterjet Loom

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage plant operations of Waterjet Looms at our Surat production facility. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in waterjet loom production and plant management, with strong knowledge of textile manufacturing, machine operations, workforce management, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Waterjet Loom plant ensuring smooth production activities.
• Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of Waterjet Loom machines.
• Monitor production output, quality control, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers, providing training and guidance.
• Plan and optimize machine utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with looms and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and SOPs.
• Maintain reports on production efficiency, wastage, and resource utilization.
• Drive process improvements to enhance fabric quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Waterjet Loom production and plant operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Waterjet Looms, weaving processes, and textile production.
• Proven ability to manage workforce and meet production targets.
• Experience in handling Jacquard/Dobby attachments (preferred).
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of loom machinery.
