Plant Operator

To manufacture finished products to meet Production schedules in accordance with specified formulations/process instructions within quality assurance standards whilst maintaining high standards of safety , responsible care, quality and cost effectiveness.

Attend to all activities associated with Resin & Gelcoat manufacture to deliver quality conforming products as clearly labelled packaged items.

2. Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner, as prescribed by relevant SOP's, identifying opportunities for Safety improvements, immediately reporting any workplace hazards and events. Diligent attention to the maintenance of a clean work space, through effective house keeping is a key focus.

3. Fulfil the requirements of accurate batch administration, by recording necessary data as stipulated in Work Instructions and/or Checklists.

4. To become competent and skilled in the use and operation of plant equipment and processes and to look for ways of continuously improving plant / equipment / systems / processes for manufactured products.

5. Attend to the loading and unloading of products to/from bulk road tankers 6. Perform any other reasonable task required to meet business objective
