Plant Operator

Operate batching systems to produce concrete per specific mix designs and project demands.

Ensure adherence to mix specifications, conduct material checks, and liaise with QC technicians for testing.

Manage raw material storage (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and monitor quantities for accurate batching.

Perform routine checks, cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of plant machinery.

Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, conduct safety briefings, and manage environmental compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in similar field.

Knowledge of concrete components, proportions, slump, and unit weight requirements.

Proficiency with control panels, SCADA systems, and batching/mixing equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and mechanical failures.
