• Travel to various plants to make necessary repairs
• Operate and drive light and heavy equipment loader, bobcat and backhoe, forklift, manlift, safely and efficiently
• Making necessary plumbing, pneumatic, and electrical repairs.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

• Class B License CDL with air brakes
• Must be able to perform plant inspections without direct supervision.
• Must be able to maintain maintenance records.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to do plant repairs.
• Experienced and proficient to make necessary cuts with a cutting torch and to make necessary welds with a welder.
• Must be able to read, write and figure basic mathematical calculations
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
• Experienced and proficient in basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Concrete Batching experience.
• Experienced in batch plant operating systems, material handling, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical
• Good safety and driving records.
• Must be able to work near, around or on light or heavy equipment
• Willing to work overtime, nights and weekends as necessary.

• Ability to operate a truck crane.
• Ability to operate a bucket truck/Manlift.
• Ability to fabricate repair parts independent of blueprints.

• Lift objects of various dimensions and up to 100lbs. of weight frequently
• Ability to repeatedly climb stairs and climb ladders
• Ability to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to repeatedly reach, squat and tolerate prolonged standing / walking / sitting
• Ability to repeatedly walk on uneven surfaces
• Ability to work at heights up to but not limited to 70 feet.
