Position Overview

This role involves working on Planview Portfolios implementation, configuration, reporting, and support within a consulting or IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional capabilities and hands-on experience in Planview, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support enterprise portfolio management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation, support, and configuration of Planview Portfolios, including system setup, data migration, and user onboarding.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, workflows, and rule sets aligned with portfolio management requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct user training, and contribute to rollout planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Collaborate on integrations with other systems using standard connectors or APIs.
• Work with project and portfolio teams to enhance data visibility and decision-making.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong functional and technical expertise in Planview Portfolios.
• Good understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel formulas/macros (preferred).
• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON (good to have).
• Familiarity with APIs and integration methods.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI using Planview data.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of total IT/Consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios (implementation, support, or managed services).
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction capability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Bangalore.
