The Position

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our construction crew as a Plasterer. This role is centered on plastering and interior finishing for our current major projects, while serving as a versatile member of our general construction field team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build full plaster systems including wire/wood lath or blueboard, and applying the full three-coat process to create structurally sound, level and plumb wall and ceiling sections.
• Perform skim coating and veneer plastering to achieve consistent high quality finishes.
• Properly mixing gypsum, lime or cement-based plaster to correct consistencies.
• Other labor tasks and duties related to on-going projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 80+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Respirator evaluation and fit testing (or willingness to undergo upon hire)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to follow directions and learn
• Willingness to a background check and drug screening

Preferred (But Not Required):

• 1+ years of experience in general construction or interior remodleing
• Experience with historic plaster restoration or veneer plastering.
