Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mason / Plasterer / Painter with experience in plaster work, crack repair, and painting of fixed surfaces.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in wall finishing, surface preparation, and decorative coating, ensuring smooth and high-quality finishes for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering on walls, ceilings, and partitions using cement, gypsum, or decorative finishes
• Install ceiling access panels
• Prepare, prime, and paint fixed surfaces (walls, ceilings, frames, touch-ups, etc.) for a clean and even finish
• Inspect and repair damaged plaster, cracks, or chipped paintwork
• Follow layout plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
• Mix, prepare, and apply materials (plaster, fillers, paints)
• Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in good working condition
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering, painting, and masonry repairs
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for mixing, cutting, and finishing
• Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and paint application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Familiarity with UAE safety procedures and construction standards
• Good English communication skills (Required)
• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
