Plastic Factory Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Factory Engineer with a strong background in plastic manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, optimize operations, and ensure quality standards within our plastic factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations in the plastic manufacturing process
• Monitor and improve production efficiency and product quality
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to plastic machinery and production lines
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
• Maintain documentation and reports on production performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Plastics Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience working in a plastic manufacturing or processing plant
• Strong knowledge of plastic production machinery and techniques (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.)
• Familiarity with quality control and safety standards in the plastics industry
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in relevant software and production monitoring tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a plastic factory or similar environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
